Shipping & Delivery
- There is a standard £15 charge up to 2 kilo’s.
- All orders received Monday to Friday will be dispatched and delivery within 24 hours.
- All orders received Saturday will be dispatched and delivery within 48 hours.
- All items are in stock and will be shipped from one of our warehouse locations!
- Delivery may take 3-5working days, excluding delays caused by customs inspection.
- All packages shipped at our discretion via DHL, UPS, TNT, FedEx
- Note: These are not guarantee delivery times. If you need your order to arrive on a specific day, please E-mail us.
- For Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and the USVI, please e-mail us to check delivery time and price.
- Prices are exclusive of any local taxes or duties.
Return Policy
- The Navis Marine stands behind the quality of everything we sell and hope you’re happy with your gear When your order arrives you have the right to return or cancel your order for any reason.
- Refunds are only for the items you purchased. You will not be refunded for any postage and packing that you are charged, or have incurred, You cannot return the item if you have altered then in anyway, or they have been damaged.
- But there are some exceptions. If you don't like the goods or have changed your mind, you can cancel the order, you must do this within 14 days and you are required to email me to inform me and include a letter within the package on return.
- The item must be in the same condition as when it arrived with packaging and tags attached, if it doesn't we will not accept them back.
